Wendy Kimani born in 1986 is one of Kenya’s highly sought after female singers. She is a neosoul- influenced vocalist who auditioned for Tusker Project Fame and was one of the fifteen contestants that got to live in the TPF house and compete for the five million shillings and are cording contract by Gallo Records in South Africa.
Music Career
She emerged the First runner’s up and has recorded with the likes of Tim Rimbui(Ennovator), Chris Adwar, Wawesh and Kanyeria .
She has performed with the likes of Eric Wainaina, Atemi, The Villagers Band, Didge, Kaz, David Ogola and Maia, SautiSol, Dela, Stan, Shamir, Chizi, Wakamba Wawili, Gypsies, Liz Ogumbo and many more.
She also performed alongside the Danish band Gypsies at the KICC for a charity Music
Against Aids.
In 2013 August 13th she launched her debut album MY ESSENCE at the Serena Hotel.
